Call for Proposal “Renovation and Equipping of the Headquarters and Open Laboratories (CoE MARBLE HQ)”
1. For indicators “Number of intellectual property applications filed”, “Number of technology transfers realized” and “Number of publications resulting from supported project (out of which: in Q1 and Q2 journals)*”, the deadline for completion is “FIVE years…” while in the text it is stated that “the target value must be achieved in the THIRD year…”. Please clarify is it FIVE or THREE years.
The timeframe is five years. The indicators “Number of intellectual property applications filed”, “Number of technology transfers realized” and “Number of publications resulting from the supported project (out of which: in Q1 and Q2 journals)” are to be monitored and reported for a five-year period. Accordingly, the target values should reflect the expected results within five years from the start of project implementation. Applicants are therefore required to define these indicators for the five-year period.
2. For the project’s Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), is it acceptable to use MZOM dedicated email address grmdigit@mzom.hr, phone number +385 1 4594 341 and address Ministarstvo znanosti, obrazovanja i mladih, Uprava za znanost i tehnologiju, Sektor za programe i projekte Europske Unije, Donje Svetice 38, 10000 Zagreb to receive potential complaints or to report on occurred (or noticed) incidents?
It is mandatory for the Beneficiary to establish their own Grievance Redress Mechanism (GRM), after the Grant Agreement is signed, and provide an e-mail address where interested entities could send their complaints, comments and/or suggestions. The Beneficiary must publish the email address of their GRM on their website.
