As part of the DIGIT project, the third and fourth workshops for technology scouts were successfully held.

The third workshop, titled “Scouting of Experts“, took place on February 17-18, 2025, in Split. Participants learned how to identify and select experts who best fit business challenges, with a strong emphasis on business validation. Through simulations and experience sharing, they developed their scouting skills and gained a deeper understanding of how the connection between business needs and academic excellence can lead to successful collaborations.

The fourth workshop, held on March 14-15, 2025, in Zagreb, focused on establishing collaboration and developing soft skills. Through interactive exercises, participants learned how to choose the appropriate collaboration model, negotiate terms, and define intellectual property rights. Additionally, practical advice on business soft skills was provided during the workshop, helping participants in their professional development.
