The Ministry of Science, Education and Youth, within the DIGIT Project, has launched a public Request for Proposal for a custom Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) information system to support research, development, and innovation (RDI) policy monitoring in Croatia.

Interested bidders can request the full proposal documentation via email. The selected provider will design, deliver, and install the software within 36 weeks of project start. The procurement follows World Bank regulations and is open to all eligible bidders.
