The Ministry of Science, Education, and Youth has published the 1st Call for Proposals under the DIGIT – Digital, Innovation and Green Technology project, financed through a World Bank loan.

This call, titled Seal of Excellence under the Synergies Program, is aimed at supporting projects already recognized through the evaluation process within EU programs (MSCA Postdoctoral Fellowship and ERC Proof of Concept Grant) but not funded.

During the first quarter of 2025, the Ministry plans to announce a new call titled Bridging Opportunities under the Synergies Program, which will finance projects that successfully passed the evaluation process under European Commission calls but were not funded due to budget constraints. This category includes projects from calls ERC Consolidator Grant, EIC Accelerator, and ERASMUS+ (European University Alliances).
